Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Coordinator / Estimator at Acecon General Contracting Inc. The role involves seeking and identifying new construction projects and prequalifications, both in the public and private sectors, researching upcoming tenders, proposals, and contracts that align with the company''s capabilities and expertise, utilizing analytical skills for estimating projects, coordinating procurement activities, contacting and maintaining effective communication with trades, suppliers and stakeholders. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Communication skills Experience in Reviewing Construction Drawing Quantity Take-Off Experience Construction Prequalification Submission Experience Proficiency in Procurement and Purchasing processes Experience in managing Purchase Orders Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Knowledge of construction industry practices is a plus
