About the Role:Soroc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to join our banking clients Warehouse Operations team. This contract role is critical in supporting administrative and operational functions to ensure the smooth day-to-day flow of warehouse logistics, inventory tracking, and reporting.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and interpret large data sets using Excel and Power BI to support reporting and decision-makingManage operational requests and workflows through ServiceNowCoordinate schedules, meetings, and communications using Microsoft OutlookSupport the warehouse team with documentation, shipment tracking, and reportingCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient warehouse operationsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and recommend operational enhancementsAssist with inventory tracking and documentation related to incoming and outgoing shipmentsRequired Qualifications:Proven experience in an administrative or operational support roleStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables), Power BI, and ServiceNowExcellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasksPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a warehouse or logistics environmentFamiliarity with inventory tracking systems or warehouse management software
