This role coordinates closely with Operations and Supply Chain teams to verify efficient processing of customer purchase orders (POs), maintains the French content database, recommends assortment expansions, and introduces French products in collaboration with France and Supply/Ops teams. The Specialist also supports sales initiatives, including presentations, training sessions, sample management, and retail setups.Critical tasks include managing the Canadian price list, promotional calendar, compiling weekly POS reports, tracking promotional effectiveness, and assisting with monthly forecasting. Collaboration with Trade Marketing to execute retail and digital marketing campaigns, creating and managing both permanent and seasonal displays, and coordinating with local corrugate suppliers and distribution partners is essential. Additionally, the Specialist actively manages Canadian social media channels, communicates product launches via newsletters, and supports event coordination and trade show participation.
