Job Title: Fulfillment Engineering & Operator SupervisorJob Type: 6-month contract (high possibility of extension)Location: 470 Hardy Road, Brantford, ON, N3V 6T1Hours per week: 37.5Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PMStart Date: ASAPKey Responsibilities:Supervision and Leadership:Supervise and lead a team of fulfillment operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve productivity and quality goals. Manage workflow and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.Address and resolve team member issues or concerns. Fulfillment Process Management:Oversee the entire fulfillment process, from order receipt and inbound to shipping. Ensure accuracy in order processing, inventory management, and shipping procedures. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the fulfillment process. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or surpluses. Ensure accurate inventory records and maintain inventory management systems. Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts. Customer Service:Address customer inquiries and concerns related to orders and shipping. Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment. Training and Development:Train new operators with customer requirements and work instructionsProvide ongoing training to existing team members.Review and provide input on training programs to help improve skills and knowledge. Quality Control:Ensure that all fulfillment processes adhere to quality standards and company policies. Implement and maintain quality control measures to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. Safety:Ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Follow and enforce all safety procedures and regulations. Communication:Maintain open and effective communication with CFS Engineers, operators, managers, and Intake PMs. Clearly communicate expectations, goals, and performance feedback. Other Duties:Perform other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Fulfillment Engineer within a Technology Manufacturing environmentPrevious experience leading and managing a teamProficient in using computer systems, inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems.Must be familiar with IT technology such as Service Now, InTune, AutoPilot, Microsoft 365, Windows 10 and 11, and mobile and tablets.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Ability to work independently and take initiative Excellent communication skills for coordinating with engineering teams, IT staff, and external providers
