This is a prime opportunity for someone eager to expand their expertise, grow professionally, and help build a positive, collaborative culture.What Youll Do:Create and Manage Technical Drawings: Draft precise 2D and 3D models for manufacturing, prototyping, and design concepts using Autodesk tools like Inventor, Fusion 360, and CADD Vault. Ensure accuracy in dimensions, tolerances, and fabrication feasibility.Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineers, product developers, and manufacturing prosplus specialized subcontractors and university expertsto turn client specs into feasible, industry-standard designs.Lead Projects with Impact: Drive projects from concept to production, managing timelines and aligning with our high standards. As we grow, take the reins as a CADD team leader, mentoring new operators on workflows and best practices.Get Hands-On: Fabricate, assemble, and test mechanical components, contributing to product design and modifications. Jump into assembly, bench tests, and field trials (some travel required, in and out of countryvalid passport a must).Streamline Drawing Management: Oversee revisions, build a drawing database, and set up procedures for managing models in a CAD vault and CNC machine files.What You Bring:Experience: 5+ years with CADD, ideally Autodesk products (Inventor, Fusion 360, CADD Vault), and a solid background in fabrication, assembly, and design for manufacturing.Education: Diploma or degree in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field.Skills: Project leadership, team collaboration, and a keen eye for detail.
