ROLE: Operations ManagerREPORTS TO: Director of TransportationLOCATION: Red Deer, ABWe are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Transportation Team! In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that equipment is operational and available, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and leading the development of a strong team of drivers. This includes offering advice, guidance, and support to help subordinates grow professionally.
