As the successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to manage small to medium sized multidiscipline industrial projects. These projects support our industrial clients in the following sectors, mining and minerals, energy and renewables, fiber and chemicals.A Day in the LifeManage a variety of industrial projects such as pumps and piping, structural steel and concrete analysis and design, tank and bin design, infrastructure, electrical and instrumentation design, etcProvide project direction to a team of multidisciplined engineers and designersSupport the development and issuance of proposal to clientsBuild business relationships with current and potential clientsInterface directly with clients, team members, contractors, and others to clearly define project requirements and expectationsEnsure completion of work within allotted schedules and budgets to high quality standardsWork with team members from various offices to execute projects efficientlyCreate a work plan that includes a schedule, milestones, control, and risk factorsProactively resolve performance, scope, and schedule issues as they ariseManage projects in alignment with the organizations PMO project management best practices.Utilize the organizations ERP system for resource planning and cost management.What Youll Bring to the TeamBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, other disciplines may be considered based upon experienceMust be registered (or eligible to register) as a Professional Engineer (P.
