Supporting Customer Success & AdoptionEngage with users to understand their needs and objectivesAssist in implementing strategies to maximize platform effectivenessProvide guidance and insights to internal and external teamsDeliver training and support as neededGather feedback and relay insights for product enhancement2. Problem-Solving & Technical CollaborationAnalyze existing workflows to identify areas for improvementDevelop reports, presentations, and insights to support decision-makingCollaborate with various teams to align technical solutions with business needs3. Process Improvement & Operational SupportLeverage tools and technology to enhance internal workflowsContribute to the development of best practices and scalable processesQualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, chemical manufacturing or mid-stream/downstream oilPassion for leveraging AI/ML technologies to enhance complex operational processesStrong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and actionable mannerBachelors or Masters degree in a chemical engineeringExtensive experience in process-driven industries such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or energyDeep understanding of process data, workflow diagrams, and key operational metricsProven ability to drive process improvements and implement optimization strategiesFamiliarity with industrial data management systems and process monitoringExperience with programming or scripting languages is a plus such asPythonExperience in MSAT department or related experiencePrevious experience as a Validation, Process or MSAT engineer is applicableDeep understanding of process data, process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and manufacturing production Strong data analysis skill Familiarity with enterprise historians such as OSIsoft PI, Delta-V, Wonderware, or GE Proficy is a plus
