Having basic commercial insurance knowledge is a benefit, but not required. The successful candidate will be responsible for general reception duties within the office, as well as assisting the Commercial Team with renewal and new business proposals and other administrative duties to enhance the teams effectiveness.RESPONSIBILITIES: Available to work in-office dailyCoordinate all incoming and outgoing mail and courierDirecting Phone CallsOrdering and Inventory of Office SuppliesArranging Contractors as requiredAssist the team in printing binder documents for renewal or new business presentationsRun MVRs/driver abstracts, CVOR, etc as requestedIssue certificates of insuranceGenerate/issue liability slips for renewals, endorsements and new businessCommunicate with Insurers as necessaryInput and update of claims and new clients information into EPICOther duties as assignedRequirements: Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, WordCollege or University degree preferredR.I.B.O license required within 6 MonthsSuperb interpersonal skills and attention to detailAbility to be a self starter with strong written and oral communication skills as well as organizational skillsJones DesLauriers is actively committed to support diversity, equity, and inclusion.
