Job Posting: Fulfillment Advisor Clinton Wilkins Mortgage TeamLocation: Halifax, NSReports to: Amanda Powell, Business ManagerClinton Wilkins Mortgage Team is looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be key in managing the fulfillment process, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and satisfaction throughout their mortgage journey. Youll work closely with clients, lenders, and external partners to ensure that all necessary steps are completed for mortgage applications to proceed smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, lenders, and external business partners to ensure seamless communication.Manage the fulfillment of mortgage applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate before submission to lenders.Ensure the completion of due diligence and verification steps to guarantee that all client information is correctly processed.Assist in the mortgage process, ensuring that clients needs are met and helping to resolve any issues or concerns that arise.Prioritize and manage workflow to maintain consistent service levels and timely processing of applications.Stay current with industry knowledge, lending guidelines, and market trends to provide the best possible service to clients.Maintain organized records and ensure that all paperwork is processed in a timely manner.Qualifications & Education Requirements:High School Diploma or completion of a Post-Secondary Degree, preferably in a financial field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PC & MAC), including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe.Required Qualifications:Proven customer service experience, with the ability to handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).Proficient in computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software programs.Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity.Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.Experience or background in mortgages, real estate, or insurance is highly advantageous.Previous experience with Salesforce is a strong asset.What We Offer:Competitive salary between $45K-$60K based on experience.
