Design Build Solutions Ltd. is an established leader in building communities for older adults. Everyday, we are helping to address the senior housing shortages in our region. We are doing things differently - partnering with CMA Building Systems Ltd., a local manufacturer and supplier of prefabricated steel stud wall panels for erection onsite. This collaboration is aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing installation times on our construction sites.This role will be the link between the construction site and the wall panel production plant, overseeing all on-site installs and progress. If you are a hands-on leader with experience in tilt-up construction and are interested in applying those principles to a steel-based product, this role is for you. What you will do:Develop installation plans and manage logistics for the delivery and assembly of steel stud wall panels on-site.Oversee installation of prefabricated steel stud wall panels with work performed by subcontractors.Perform regular quality inspections and escalate any unresolved quality issues with Project Manager. Monitor subcontractor progress and manpower needs to stay on schedule.Identify cost or schedule risks and consult with Project Manager for resolutions. Resolve bottlenecks, scope changes, and schedule adjustments proactively.Work closely with the wall plant production team and project site teams to ensure agreement on schedule and logistics. Knows the local safety legislation and ensures safety standards are followed.
