Job Title: Distribution and Operations SupervisorShift: Open to Weekend Afternoon ShiftsJob Overview:We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Distribution and Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within our distribution and supply chain environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in warehouse/distribution operations, people leadership, and continuous improvement, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead a team of distribution associates to ensure efficient and safe operationsOversee daily warehouse and logistics activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shippingMonitor and drive performance against key KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory controlImplement and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow, reduce costs, and improve service levelsEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational proceduresCollaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, transportation, and customer serviceProvide coaching, training, and development to team members to enhance performance and engagementMaintain a clean, organized, and safe working environmentQualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in a distribution, logistics, or supply chain supervisory roleStrong leadership and people management skillsKnowledge of distribution processes, supply chain operations, and warehouse management systemsProven ability to analyze and act on performance metrics (KPIs)Experience with continuous improvement tools/methodologies (e.g., Lean, 5S, Kaizen) is an assetFlexibility to work weekend afternoon shifts
