We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Bilingual Data Entry Clerk (1 year contract) position in our Data Management Department. This is a full-time position, 5 days per week, 7 hours per day, hybrid role. Orientation in office is required. Position Summary: Reporting to the Manager, Data Management, the Bilingual Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for translating French data to English and entering the data into the Parklane System. The successful candidate must be fluent in both French and English. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry into the Parklane System Redacting and linking documents that need to be kept Scanning and bookmarking documents Run basic reports to audit the data entered Adhere to high standards of data privacy, confidentiality and data quality Respond to questions from internal staff on data entered into Parklane System Purging and re-organizing documents as necessary Key Skills and Experience: 1-3 years data entry or administrative experience Minimum College Diploma Excellent translation skills from French to English Ability to follow and apply company standards for data entry Attention to detail and commitment to high data quality standards Excellent typing technique Ability to learn quickly and acquire new skills, as needed Efficiently manage and prioritize a variety of tasks and time Works well independently and as part of a team Knowledge of Parklane Systems Software would be an asset Highly Motivated, energetic, organized, reliable, and self-starter.
