With rapid expansion underway, were excited to offer a range of exciting career opportunities.Position Hiring:Executive Assistant to the CEO (*please be noted that this is a management level position at the headquarters)Starting Compensation Includes:Starting base salary to be determined after interviews ($45,000$80,000, determined based on your related work experience and qualifications)Monthly & Seasonal Bonuses (Depending on performance review & KPI)Full Dental and Health Insurance CoverageUp to 30% Annual Salary Increase (Depending on performance review & KPI)Potential Company Stock OptionsPosition Requirements:Post-secondary degree or diplomais required.A minimum of two years of business managementexperience is strongly preferred.Fluent English is mandatory.Bilingual candidates are highly valued (English plus fluency in any other secondary language)Able to travel frequently for business expos and trips outside of Toronto (all travel accommodations and expenses will be covered by the head office).Preferred Skill Sets: Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop or Illustrator) and video editing software (Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects).Familiarity with various AI tools.With basic understanding of franchise development and management.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work from home efficiently and professionally when required.Consistently maintains a professional and positive attitude at all times.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Outstanding interpersonal skills (prior management experience is a strong asset).Ability to thrive in a fun, creative, and fast-paced work environment while upholding professionalism.Strong decision-making skills, with a logical and positive approach to challenges.Flexibility to support various administrative tasks, including supplier sourcing, project management, accounting, and recruitment.To Apply:Applicant must submit resume or apply directly via Linkedin.Only qualified candidates will be contacted for on-site / remote interviews.
