In this role, youll work closely with our Business Development, Account Executive, and Marketing teams to drive pipeline growth, set qualified appointments, and help take our agency to the next level.This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact at a forward-thinking digital agency that partners with global brands on digital transformation, customer experience, and content management strategy.What Youll Be DoingProactively generate qualified leads through outbound efforts: cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and more.Identify client needs, create interest, and schedule sales appointments with decision-makers.Own your lead pipeline, track, log, and manage all activities in HubSpot CRM.Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and messaging.Develop a deep understanding of our services, ideal customer profiles (ICP), and industry landscape.Help reactivate old leads and lost opportunities, and convert MQLs/SQLs into active sales conversations.Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other enablement platforms to work smarter and scale outreach.Support the Sales leadership in crafting and executing effective outreach strategies and preferably grow into a closing role.What You Bring35+ years of BDR/SDR experience, ideally in a global digital agency or professional services setting.A true hunter mindset: self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.Proven experience scheduling appointments and building sales pipeline; closing experience is a strong plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you know how to connect, influence, and persuade.Comfortable using CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and sales tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).Ability to own your workflow, prioritize tasks, and hit targets without constant supervision.Strong curiosity and technical aptitude, you enjoy learning new industries and products.Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.Perks and Benefits100 percent remote work with flexible hoursOpportunity to grow into a sales closer or leadership roleWork closely with leadership and have your voice heardCollaborative, no-ego team culture focused on resultsA chance to help shape the future of a growing digital agencyA Note from UsWere not just looking for someone to tick boxeswere looking for a teammate.
