People Can Fly is one of the leading independent AAA games development studios with an international team of hundreds of talented individuals working from offices located in Poland, UK, US, and Canada, and from all over the world thanks to our remote work programs.As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities that align with GameOns strategic goals (https://www.gameon.studio/), our sister company that specializes in motion capture, cinematics, animation and game audio services. You will play a key role in forging partnerships, negotiating deals, and driving revenue growth across multiple verticals, including animation production, motion capture services, and cinematic content creation. Your ability to build and nurture relationships with creative industry leaders will be essential to our continued success.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand GameOns market presence and revenue streams.Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in Motion Capture, Cinematics, Animation, Game Audio and Talent Management areas.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including game developers, publishers, film studios, and entertainment companies.Lead negotiations and structure deals that align with GameOns long-term vision and business objectives.Work closely with internal teams (Production, Marketing, Finance, and Legal) to ensure seamless execution of partnerships and agreements.Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities in the animation, motion capture, and gaming sectors.Represent GameOn at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the animation, gaming, or entertainment industry.Proven track record of closing deals in a creative industry.Strong understanding of the animation and gaming ecosystem, including production pipelines.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Passion for animation, motion capture, cinematic storytelling or games.Fluency in English and French languages.
