QA Technician Seasonal Contract - ASAP to December 31 Hope, BC Pay : $28.13 / hour Health & Dental Package available after 45 days $0.75 / hour night shift premium $1,500.00 Completion Bonus Responsibilities: Routine quality inspections on the bottling line. Production Line start-ups. Daily operation and maintenance of the water treatment system. Lab analysis of a variety of physical, chemical and microbiological parameters for spring water and flavoured beverages. Data entry in various databases. Developing and maintaining quality systems and programs within the facility. The successful candidate will be required to work a 12- hour rotating shift, days, nights, weekends and holidays as required. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Degree in Biology, microbiology, chemistry or similar and related fields preferred. Experience in membrane filtration, enumeration and confirmation. The ability to accurately record data using MS Excel and Word. Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills.
