Our client, a dynamic consulting firm serving construction managers, trade contractors, industrial manufacturers, energy services, telecommunications, and logistics companies across Ontario, is seeking a Safety Advisor to join their growing team.What Youll Be Doing:Conduct on-site safety inspections, walkthroughs, and risk assessmentsWrite clear, customized reports and recommendationsSupport clients with Health & Safety Manuals, SDS binders, and Emergency PlansDeliver toolbox talks, in-field coaching, and practical trainingAssist with incident investigations and corrective actionsPartner with our admin team to keep records and forms up to dateTravel to job sites across Ontario to work directly with clientsWho You Are:35+ years of safety experience (construction/trades preferred)Strong knowledge of Ontarios OHSA & Construction RegsExcellent communicator who can build trust on siteSkilled in Microsoft Office & inspection softwarePractical, approachable, and organizedComfortable working independently and managing your own scheduleValid drivers license + access to a reliable vehicleBonus if you have:CRSP, CRST, NCSO, or CHSC designationExperience with COR, ISO 45001, or WSIB programs
