Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Representative at A-1 Mining Equipment Inc. located in Vernon, BC. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting sales activities, prospecting, and building customer relationships in the mining equipment industry. This is a remote position - regular office attendance is not required. Candidates can operate independently while staying connected with the team virtually. Qualifications Knowledge of the mining equipment industry Minimum 2 years of sales experience in conveyor belts or related material handling equipment. Strong preference for candidates with background or employment history at Flexco, Martin SGC, MATO, NILOS or HOSCH. Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience in field sales or a related role Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel Strong organizational and time management skills What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission Pay: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year Additional pay: Bonus pay Commission pay Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Paid time off A-1 Mining Equipment is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
