Acara Solutions is seeking a Full-Time Project Manager to lead and manage projects from design through implementation in Orangeville, ON. The role requires a technically skilled, team-oriented individual with experience in project management, design, and mechanical systems.Hours: 40 hours/week with 25% travelKey Responsibilities:Lead projects, ensuring milestones, budgets, and schedules are met.Design mechanical systems, create manufacturing drawings, and develop prototypes.Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of systems.Conduct site surveys, define project requirements, and prepare client quotations.Act as a liaison between clients and the project team.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to ALT's standards.Troubleshoot, test, and repair mechanical systems as needed.Travel across North America for installations and service.Required Skills / Qualifications:3-5 years of product design experience or equivalent.Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.Minimum 3 years of project management experience in manufacturing.Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
