This role is central to our development of robust, scalable systems for cultivated meat production.You will design and execute experiments to quantify media metabolites and analyze biological systems using advanced instrumentation. This includes working with HPLC, mass spectrometry, and Raman spectroscopy. The role involves close collaboration with cell biology teams to support experiments in microbioreactors and bioreactors, as well as working alongside data scientists to build and refine chemometric models.The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail oriented, and comfortable working across both analytical and biological domains.
