Marketing Coordinator (12-15 month contract)Location: Office near Vaughan + travel across the Greater Toronto Area(Hybrid: 3 Days in Office / 2 Days Remote) Are you passionate about marketing and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Were seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to manage diverse marketing projects, contribute to a range of content creation efforts, and work closely with both internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate on large-scale content initiatives, including photography coordination and ensuring seamless communication with both internal and external teams.Support public relations campaigns by handling media outreach, coordinating press events, and managing budget oversight.Liaise with external business partners to guarantee that all contractual marketing deliverables are completed in a timely manner.Oversee regular updates to marketing content, including refreshing seasonal materials and website content management.Provide key administrative support by organizing schedules, managing project timelines, and overseeing the department's budget.Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to ensure smooth collaboration on marketing efforts.Serve as a central point of contact for various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.Track project progress, ensuring that objectives are met and all deadlines are adhered to. What Were Looking For:A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a marketing, retail, and fast-paced service environment.A high level of organizational ability, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.Familiarity with design and print processes, as well as a keen understanding of brand positioning and marketing strategies.Proficiency in Office suite, MAC operating systems, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for relationship-building and project management.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, solve problems efficiently, and produce quality work within tight deadlines.Valid drivers license, with occasional travel to various GTA locations required.
