We pride ourselves on our core values and our commitment to customer success.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a customer focused and experienced Director of Product to lead our product engineering team. This individual will work closely with customer success, marketing, and sales teams to gather and synthesize customer intelligence, feedback, competitor analysis, and other signals into a cohesive and prioritized roadmap that inspires. The Director of Product will manage developers, cloud specialists, designers, and expand the product management process while embodying our core values.Responsibilities:Leadership: This role will be part of our Senior Management Team. Lead the product engineering team, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.Collaboration:Work closely with customer success, marketing, and sales teams to gather product feedback and communicate on releases.Management:Oversee day-to-day activities for developers, cloud specialists, and expand the product management process to optimize the output from the team.Product Development:Plan product sprints in conjunction with the team and participate in daily product scrums to keep the roadmap on track.Customer Focused: Drive the product forward based on the wants and needs of our customers and partners. Their experience in-product is utmost.
