In this role, you will support the Project Team Lead in the initiation, execution and close-out of engineering projects. You will also assist the Operations Director in monitoring overall project health and internal company productivity.RESPONSIBILITIESAssist Project Team Lead: Perform project set-up in professional services automation (PSA) softwareDevelop project schedules (levels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5)Maintain project schedules current with inputs from project team, client and vendorsGenerate weekly reports summarizing project performance metricsIdentify and address schedule and commercial risksPerform project close-out activities, including collating client feedbackAssist Operations Director:Generate project dashboards and status reports, including project delivery, budget and timeline forecastsTrack and report internal company productivity metrics, including resource utilizationLead internal Quality Management System (QMS) compliance and improvementsDevelop project proposals and change order requestsPerform project invoicingLead internal lessons learned sessions following project close-outOther administrative tasks as required to support project workflowQUALIFICATIONSProficient in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or equivalent project management softwareProficient in report and dashboard generation via above softwarePreferably 3 plus years experience in an engineering environmentDegree in engineering an assetExperience in the (bio)pharmaceutical and GMP compliant industries is an assetHighly organized, heightened attention to detail and punctual to deadlinesStrong verbal and written communication skills
