If you have sales experience and consider yourself to be a concise and fast thinker, and get excited by problem-solving, we would love to talk with you.As a Sales Coordinator, you will be a critical liaison between our customers, sales teams, scheduling and production. You will also contribute to actively selling our products to new and existing customers by building relationships, demonstrating our products benefits, and answering customers questions.Key priorities for our Sales Coordinator will be:Sales & Order CoordinationSchedule and coordinate sales orders with production to ensure on-time delivery.Monitor order status, update customers, and manage delivery expectations.Assist in tracking the sales pipeline and follow up on pending opportunities.Customer & Key Account ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.Conduct strategic follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Maintain accurate customer contact lists and account records.Data Management & ReportingEnter and manage sales data in ERP systems (orders, quotations, customer/item maintenance).Prepare and submit sales, inventory, and performance reports to management.Distribute sales reports to regional teams and stakeholders.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with production, procurement, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Coordinate with logistics to schedule shipments and resolve delivery issues.Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.Administrative & Support FunctionsAssist in sales meetings, presentations, and company events.Maintain CRM/CSM systems and ensure data accuracy.Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, or a related field.A minimum of years of sales coordination, customer service, or operations experience (manufacturing or tech industry preferred).ERP system experience (e.g., M1, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a strong asset.Technical & Analytical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM/CSM tools.Financial and business acumen to assess sales profitability and opportunities.Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and optimize processes.Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and drives results.Excellent communication (written & verbal) for internal and external collaboration.Team player with confidence in public speaking and presentations.Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on meeting/exceeding sales targets.BenefitsDental careDisability insuranceVision careCasual dressCompany eventsOn-site parkingAccessibility:Adamson Systems is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to creating a workplace culture of inclusiveness that reflects the diverse residents that we serve.Adamson Systems is committed to creating an accessible and inclusive organization; we provide barrier-free and accessible employment practices in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
