We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Success Executive to lead the development and management of client relationships for BOMA BEST and contribute to our mission of setting industry-leading standards for building certification and education.Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Act as the bridge between prospective clients and our team, incorporating valuable input and feedback. Drive the sales process, ensuring client needs are met and solutions are tailored to their specific requirements. This includes conducting needs assessments, presenting the BOMA BEST program to close deals.Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with BOMA BEST applicants and CRE decision-makers, providing essential resources and training. Develop strategic partnerships with key industry players to expand the reach and impact of BOMA BEST. This involves attending industry events, networking with potential partners, and collaborating on joint initiatives to promote BOMA BEST.Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow BOMA BEST's market presence. Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and develop proposals to attract new clients. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling strategies and materials that highlight the benefits of BOMA BEST certification. Additionally, track market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify areas for growth.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to address any concerns and identify opportunities for upselling. Provide clients with updates on new features, services, and industry developments that may benefit their operations.Dynamic Role: This role is flexible, and as you grow within it, your duties may adapt to the evolving needs of our rapidly growing business.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 5-10 years in B2B sales, preferably within the CRE or sustainability sectors, or related SaaS fields. Experience in managing complex sales cycles and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Passion for Sustainability: Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and the ability to convey this passion to clients and stakeholders. Knowledge of current sustainability trends and best practices in the built environment.Commitment to Smart Technology: Passionate about driving smart technology, including AI, and applying that passion to commercial real estate operations.Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.Valid driver license and access to a fully-insured vehicle.Industry Knowledge: Understanding of green and smart building standards and certifications such as BOMA BEST, LEED, BREEAM, Fitwel, WELL, WiredScore and others. Familiarity with the regulatory landscape and industry standards related to building sustainability. Knowledge of the CRE language and market players, an asset.Client Engagement: Proven ability to consult and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, offering excellent client service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Innovative and Resourceful: Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
