Youll also engage with stakeholders (member charities and donors) to enhance donor relations, increase participation, and achieve fundraising goals.This role requires expertise in non-profit fundraising, including major gift campaigns and donor engagement strategies, to amplify the reach and impact of our Clients mission.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management: Collaborate with clients to design, execute, and optimize workplace fundraising campaigns tailored to their objectives.Donor Relations: Foster meaningful relationships with donors, member charities, and clients to strengthen engagement and retention.Strategic Development: Implement creative strategies for major gifts, donor acquisition, and fundraising growth.Event Representation: Attend events both in person and virtually that support workplace giving campaigns.Insights and Reporting: Leverage data to evaluate campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and recommend improvements.Business Development: Support efforts to identify and secure new workplace partnerships to expand reach.Public Speaking Engagements in both French and EnglishQualifications & Experience:Bilingual Fluency (French and English).4+ years of experience in non-profit fundraising, major gift campaigns, or donor relations.Proven ability to plan, execute, and analyze fundraising campaigns.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM tools.Experience with donor engagement strategies and relationship-building in the charitable sector.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.Valid Driver's LicenseIf this role interests you or someone you know, please contact Drake International and submit your resume we look forward to meeting you!Since 1951, Drake International has been a global leader in flexible and permanent staffing, connecting people with the right roles at any career stage, both in Canada and worldwide.
