We collaborate with ministry partners to develop and implement funded training initiatives that advance professional standards and career opportunities in dental healthcare.About the RoleDental Training Canada seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing strategies and initiatives while leading a small team of marketing assistants. This remote role will be instrumental in expanding our reach within the dental education sector, promoting our ministry-funded programs, and strengthening our brand presence across Canada.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Dental Training Canada's mission and growth objectivesLead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing assistants, including task delegation, performance evaluation, and professional guidanceEstablish clear workflows and processes for the marketing department to ensure efficient collaboration and timely deliverablesManage the promotion of our ministry-funded programs, clearly communicating their value and accessibilityCreate and maintain the company website, ensuring content is current, engaging, and optimized for user experienceProduce compelling copy for educational program descriptions, promotional materials, and stakeholder communicationsDesign and implement email marketing campaigns targeting dental professionals, students, and industry partnersEstablish and grow our presence across relevant social media platforms to engage with the dental communityPlan and manage paid advertising campaigns to drive program enrollment and brand awarenessImplement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility for our educational offeringsTrack and analyze marketing performance metrics, reporting on ROI and other key performance indicatorsCollaborate with program development teams to ensure marketing materials accurately represent educational contentMaintain strong brand consistency across all platforms and communicationsRequirementsQualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience managing marketing campaigns and broader marketing strategyDemonstrated team leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate staffKnowledge of or experience in healthcare education, particularly in the dental industryUnderstanding of government-funded training programs and related promotional requirementsExperience in website design, maintenance, and content managementStrong copywriting skills with ability to communicate complex educational programs clearlyProficiency in email marketing, social media management, and digital advertisingUnderstanding of SEO principles and implementationExperience with Zoho One and related business applications preferredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldRequired SkillsExceptional ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing a distributed teamStrong time management and organizational capabilitiesTeam leadership skills with the ability to delegate effectively and provide constructive feedbackHigh integrity and professional work ethicExcellent communication skills, with ability to translate technical dental content for different audiencesAnalytical mindset for tracking and improving marketing performanceCreative approach to marketing challenges specific to educational programsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneouslyBenefitsFully remote work environment with flexible schedulingOpportunity to contribute to the advancement of dental healthcare education in CanadaCollaborative team culture focused on professional excellenceCompetitive compensation package
