Reviews, triages and responds to the Toronto General Voicemailbox and Info@Mailbox.Reviews and triages Toronto FAX Inbox mail, including forwarding confidential doctors referrals and patient details to AREP.Ensures there is always a presence at the Reception Desk throughout the day during business hours.Handles light administrative and housekeeping duties. Qualifications, Experience & Skills:Passion for, and preferably experience in, customer care, with the ability to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running and operation of Reception. Proven track record of professionalism when dealing with internal and external clients.Excellent oral and written communication skills - French language skills an asset.High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.Excellent ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task.Technologically savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.Working Conditions: This position is designated to our Toronto office, which means you will work 5 days a week from our Toronto office.It is anticipated this contract will last from May 2025 September 2025 approximately.
