Featured by TechCrunch and leading industry outlets, our fast-growing, forward-thinking company is looking for the right candidates to share in our mission.What Youll DoCoordinate Deals:Coordinate real estate transactions, scheduling home tours, inspections, and staying on top of deadlines and documentation.Engage Clients:Provide exceptional support to homebuyers, sellers, and agents through phone, email, and online chatensuring they feel heard and helped every step of the way.Sales & Lead Generation:Make sales calls, follow up on leads, and assist with prospecting activities when transaction flow is lighter.Boost Our Presence:Manage social media accounts, post online advertisements, and create basic marketing content to help raise awareness of Landians offerings.Stay Organized:Maintain and update our CRM accurately and on time, working with tools like Asana to keep projects on track.What Youll BringFlawless English Skills:You communicate clearlyboth in writing and speakingensuring clients always feel supported.Detail-Oriented & Self-Driven:You excel at juggling tasks, setting priorities, and working efficiently in a remote environment.Real Estate Know-How:Experience in transaction coordination and familiarity with U.S./Canada real estate markets and geographies.Tech Savvy:Comfortable with AI, tech and project management tools.Ready to Sell & Engage:Not afraid to pick up the phone, jump on a video call, or initiate lead-gen efforts.Reliable Setup:High-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and availability for video calls at any time.Professionalism:Dedication to delivering outstanding business results and stellar customer service across all 69 states, provinces, territories and districts of the U.S. and Canadano matter whats happening in the headlines.
