Youll also tag team big deals with the CEO and have room to grow into senior leadership as we scale.The Role: Inbound Sales RepresentativeAs our Inbound Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, converting inbound inquiries into long-term partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:Lead Management: Efficiently handle and prioritize a steady flow of inbound leads, ensuring timely and personalized engagement.Sales Execution: Conduct compelling sales calls, present tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals that align with client needs and our service offerings.Collaboration: Work closely with the project team to ensure seamless handoffs and, in the interim, manage post-sale renewals as we build out our account management function.Utilization of AI Tools: Leverage our advanced AI automation for lead qualification and initial outreach, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in your sales process.What We're Looking For:Experience: 3-5 years in sales within creative agencies, with a proven track record of closing deals and fostering client relationships.Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage clients, articulate value propositions, and build rapport with a positive and likable demeanor.Organizational Skills: Strong follow-through and proficiency in contract management and crafting Statements of Work (SOWs).Adaptability: Comfortable working with CRM systems (experience with Pipedrive is a plus) and open to embracing new technologies and processes.Why Inbeat Agency?Endless Inbound Leads: Say goodbye to cold calling.
