We are an award-winning social media agency looking for a Social Media Accounts Manager to join our team. While this position is fully remote, only candidates located in Ontario will be considered. As a boutique agency, we work with a select number of clients across a range of industries - from scaling startups to household brands. While our portfolio features some heavy hitters, we keep our client list small (by agency standards) so that our account managers can really dig into accounts and spend time getting to know the brand. Unlimited paid time off Benefits - Health, Dental & Vision for Full-Time employees Events - the occasional retreat, team brunches, virtual happy hour brainstorming A small supportive team with open lines of communication Wonderful clients (seriously, our clients are actually great people) Opportunity for growth Some of the things you'll be doing: Managing Organic Social across several client accounts Editorial content calendar creation and execution across major platforms, which may include: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok Drafting concepts, writing post copy, proofing, scheduling, and sourcing content Working with designers, social coordinators, and content team to create visual content Drive engagement and growth through daily community management and platform outreach Measure and report on social strategies and monthly efforts based on key metrics, campaign performance, and can provide insight into what's working, opportunities, and next steps Communicating with clients, sending deliverables for approval, providing content performance updates, leading monthly reporting calls, owning the client relationship Research and optimization for client accounts Assist in drafting briefs, rules, and content for client campaigns and giveaways Remain on top of trends in the social and digital landscape to identify new opportunities for our clients Continuously evaluate and update client strategy Skills & experience you should have: At least 2 years of professional social media marketing experience Comprehensive knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and other social media platforms Thorough understanding of social media KPIs & analytics, and updating content plan & strategy based on those results Previous experience with community management Light graphic design - editing Canva templates Excellent communication skills Must work well with a team Experience using scheduling tools such as Dash Hudson, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later Experience with Dash Hudson, ClickUp, Shopify, Lightroom, and Photoshop would be an asset (but not necessary) Experience shooting & editing client video content an asset
