CNC & Weld Production Manager Metal Parts Manufacturing -Precision Custom FabricationLocation: Mississauga - Brampton ONBase Salary: 120K 140K base benefits5 days a week on SiteDay shiftMonday -FridayMinimum Experience Required (MUST have) : 10-12 years of supervisory / leadership experince in custom metal fabrication under Canadian Health & Safety RequirementsOur client is a leading manufacturer of custom built machine parts / custom fabrication and have a job open for Production Manager for the day shift for their manufacturing plant in their Mississauga - Brampton ON area. Experience supervising / managing precision parts for machine manufacturing within CNC Lathe Machining welding and similar is a MUST have.Production Manager is fully responsible for giving leadership to the plant shop floor -CNC Lathe, Cutting , bending welding within this custom fabrication plant and be responsible for Production Planning, Production scheduling , Material Planning and supervising processes in CNC, Lathe, Cutting, Bending, Welding and similar. You will be responsible for labour scheduling, safety, performance management, coaching and mentoring. You will oversee the shift budget ensure production planning, material planning, production scheduling, shipping receiving. You will work along Plant Engineering Process Improvement for any Continuous Improvement lean initiatives.Production Manager will ideally have a degree / diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) and a minimum of 12-15 years leadership experience as production manager foreman within Canadian Health & Safety requirements within CNC, welding environment.
