Maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer data by collaborating with internal teams, clients, and field technicians. Proactively reach out to customers to resolve data-related issues, explain analysis, and walk them through findings in a clear and professional manner. Act as a key tester for platform updates and new feature rollouts. Serve as a liaison between the client and internal technical teams, translating client needs into platform solutions.Energy & Financial Analytics: Create and manage energy budgets and forecasts; explain variances to both internal and external stakeholders. Support energy procurement initiatives and analysis. Research utility tariffs, manage rate entries, and troubleshoot tariff-related issues in the platform. Maintain accurate customer modeling and platform analytics. Conduct custom data analysis and reporting for high-value clients. Identify cost avoidance and energy-saving opportunities, and assist in building actionable customer initiatives.Operational & Sales Support: Provide timely support to the Sales team through data modeling, insights, and custom reporting. Contribute to cross-functional improvement initiatives and special projects. Help prioritize operational efforts based on shifting business needs and customer demands.Qualifications & Skills: 25 years of experience in operations, energy analytics, data analysis, or a related field. Strong Microsoft Excel skills required; SQL skills preferred. Customer-facing experience with the ability to communicate technical insights in plain language. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and asking questions when needed. Able to shift priorities as business or customer needs evolve. Familiarity with utility tariffs, energy procurement, and sustainability metrics is an asset. Understanding of business operations and a desire to learn what matters most to our customers. Experience in SaaS or energy tech environments is a plus.
