For more information, please visit Roles and Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:The Delivery Consultant is a key member of the Canadian Professional Services Delivery team. The Consultant works closely with local Sales and Delivery teams to plan, design and implement various industry-recognized network and security solutions for clients using a mix of technologies: Expert in Routing, Switching, wireless and Data Centre (Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet, etc)Design, implement, and optimize wireless network solutions for various clients.Conduct site surveys and RF (Radio Frequency) analysis to ensure optimal network performance.Strong knowledge of wireless networking protocols and standards (e.g., IEEE 802.11, Wi-Fi 6).Proficiency in using wireless network tools and software (e.g., Ekahau).Troubleshoot and resolve complex wireless network issues.Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.Develop and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and changes.Desing and implement wireless network solutions such as Aruba and/or Cisco Wireless and Wireless Controllers.Integrate and manage network access control solutions using Aruba ClearPass and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).Relevant certifications (e.g., CWNA, CWNP, CCNP Wireless) are a plus. Working knowledge in Security architecture and risk management Working knowledge in Cybersecurity and related architecture Other technology area considered an asset include:o Software Defined WAN (Cisco Viptela, VMware VeloCloud)o Cisco DNA (Automation/Assurance and SDA)o Cloud Network Architecture for Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google, etc)o Cloud Security for Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google, etc)In this role, you will: Assist in scoping activities for the development of customer statements of work Play a role in technology assessments and discovery Design, develop and implement proposed solution. Required Skills and Experience: Overall 5+ years experience with proven history in consulting and/or professional services industry with a particular strong background encompassing network and security. Strong English communication skills both written and spoken are essential. Strong capability in technical writing for customer proposals, documentation or solution summaries. Those having strong organizational and interpersonal skills plus a demonstrated effectiveness in customer-facing roles are ideal. Strong presentation technical skills and must be able to work cross-functionally with account teams and partner organizations. Focus on delivery with strong client-facing abilities/background. Experience in any of the following:o Cisco Routers 8000 series, 5000 series, 4000 series, 37XX series, 36XX series, 29XX series, 28XX series.o Cisco Catalyst 9000 series, 7000 series, 3700 series, 3600 series, 3500 series and 2900 series switches.o Cisco Meraki Full Stacko Cisco DNA / SDAo Aruba CX Series switchingo Aruba Wirelesso Cisco Nexus OS.o VMware servers ESXi 7.x and 8.x with VMware vSphere Cliento Wireless access controllers and access points, network access control systems, enforcing network security for wired, wireless.o Cloud based wireless solutions.o Software defined networking concepts Understanding of OSPF, BGP, & EIGRP Routing Protocols, DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management (including IPV6).Required Travel Approximately 15% - 20% annually within Canada where no travel restrictions in place.Education Background: BSc in Computer Science or related discipline, or 3 year Technologist Diploma or equivalent Combination of certifications with the following technologies would be an asset:o Aruba: ACCP, Aruba Certified Professionalo Cisco Certified Specialist Security Identity Management Implementationo Cisco: CCNA/DA, CCNP/DPo Cisco CCIE Data Centre or Security considered an Asseto CISSP To succeed in this role you should be energetic, motivated, and achievement-oriented.
