In this role, you will design and execute data-driven marketing strategies to expand our online visibility, grow product sales, and enhance customer engagement. Youll work closely with teams such as Sales, Product, and Customer Service to ensure all digital touchpoints reflect Roadwarriors branding and meet our business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesEcommerce & Digital MerchandisingManage and optimize the online store to increase sales of DPF, DOC, SCR, and related product lines.Maintain accurate and engaging product listings with competitive pricing, detailed descriptions, and quality visuals.Implement merchandising best practices to highlight product features, seasonal promotions, and trending inventory.Multi-Channel Campaign ManagementDevelop, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (PPC, paid social, email, display) to drive website traffic and conversions.Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives and on-brand landing pages.Continuously track campaign performance, making data-backed adjustments to exceed ROI targets.SEO & Content StrategyPerform keyword research to improve organic search visibility for key product categories (DPF, DOC, SCR, etc.).Coordinate with content creators to produce blog posts, product guides, and other resources that address customer needs and industry trends.Monitor and adjust strategies in line with evolving search algorithms to sustain or improve rankings.Analytics & ReportingUtilize Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media dashboards to measure key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, etc.).Generate regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness, user engagement, and overall revenue impact.Provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing funnels and ensure continuous improvement.Email Marketing & AutomationPlan and execute email campaigns targeting various customer segments (fleet managers, independent operators, etc.).Implement automated email workflows (welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, product updates) to drive conversions and repeat purchases.A/B test subject lines, messaging, and visuals to refine open rates, click-through rates, and revenue outcomes.Social Media & Community EngagementManage Roadwarriors social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to increase brand awareness and share product insights.Engage with followers, responding to inquiries or feedback in a timely, professional manner.Leverage social channels to feature success stories, customer testimonials, and industry news.Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementWork with Product, Sales, and Customer Service teams to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and customer feedback.Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, or partners when specialized support is needed.Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing trends.Budget & Resource AllocationAssist in managing digital marketing budgets and forecasting to maximize the impact of spending.Measure campaign costs against performance, optimizing budget distribution for the highest ROI.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.At least 5 years in digital marketing, with a strong background in ecommerce and digital merchandising.Demonstrated success in optimizing online product listings and running revenue-driven campaigns.Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page/off-page strategies, link-building).Analytical Mindset: Skilled at interpreting data and presenting insights to inform marketing decisions.Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and work with various stakeholders.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with careful attention to consistency and detail.Team Collaboration: Proven track record of collaborating effectively with team members, agencies, and other company departments.Attributes for SuccessUnderstanding of digital marketing tools including but not limited to Google Ads/Analytics, Shopify/Woocommerce, etc.Experience with trucking or automotive aftermarket industries.Familiarity with marketing automation and advanced A/B testing methodologies.Enthusiasm for staying informed about emerging trends in ecommerce technology, digital merchandising practices, and the trucking industry.
