If you want your next professional experience to be one that helps you master new skills, build meaningful relationships, access limitless growth opportunities, and benefit our Ontario communities, consider joining us!Key Responsibilities:Completing cost allocation for all Amico employees on site via HCSS softwareAssist with scheduling and coordination of suppliers and sub-tradesAssist with scheduling and coordination of crews to sitesComplete and maintain daily journals/site recordsStrong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, AdobeOrganize/Prepare all administrative documentsUnderstand Surveying & Site Layout, Grades, etc.Inventory and monitor tools and equipment on site for cost controlDocument and additional work documents for submission to clientReview and monitor Amico and its Subcontractors deficiencies and required corrective actionAdministrative duties as necessary along with office documentationOther duties as assignedKey Qualifications/Requirements:Post-Secondary school education in an Engineering/Construction Management discipline is requiredPrevious project coordinator experience is requiredIndividual must have excellent knowledge of contracts, industry practices and codesMust possess strong organization and time management skillsAbility to work independently and with minimum supervisionProblem solving skills and troubleshooting knowledgeMust be proficient in the English languagePrevious HCSS software experience is preferredPrevious scheduling experience is preferredAbility to manage and facilitate numerous projectsSelf-motivated, self-dedicated, and result orientedStrong organizational, written and communication skillsAbility to work with tight deadlines, multitask and follow upStrong computer skills, using MS OfficeFlexibility to work varying schedulesValid G Drivers License and access to a reliable vehicle, requiredMTO experience, an assetAt Amico, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
