About AbraAbra builds promotional tools that help Shopify merchants run better sales and increase conversions. Were a team of Shopify alumni, designers, and developers obsessed with UX, product craftsmanship, and merchant success. Our app powers complex promotions on high-volume Shopify stores - and we're scaling fast.Were looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth by optimizing our partnership funnels and increasing the average revenue per customer. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.What Youll DoOptimize Partnership Funnels: Analyze and enhance each of our partnership channels to maximize lead generation and conversion rates. This includes collaborating with partners to co-develop marketing initiatives at the top of the funnel, and ensuring seamless onboarding of our tools at the bottom of the funnel.Increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU): Develop and implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell our services, enhancing customer lifetime value.Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of growth initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.What Youll NeedExperience: 3+ years in growth marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with analytics tools to track campaign performance and identify insights.Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Self-Motivated: Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement innovative strategies that drive measurable results.Nice to HaveShopify Ecosystem Knowledge: Experience working within the Shopify ecosystem or with e-commerce platforms.MarTech Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and customer data platforms.Creative Skills: Ability to develop compelling marketing content and campaigns.Why Join UsImpact: Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing growth strategies in a company with product-market fit.Collaborative Environment: Work closely with a team that values innovation, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.Flexible Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work remotely with team members across North America.Growth Opportunities: Opportunities to grow into senior leadership roles as the company scales.
