Location: Virtual - Home-based office in Canada.Passion Fruit Partners are hiring a Salesforce Client Partner, Nonprofit to drive the growth of our nonprofit practice. The Client Partner will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships with our partners in the Salesforce ecosystem. They will collaborate with our pre-sales team to scope and deliver comprehensive statements of work to potential nonprofit clients and manage ongoing client relationships.What youll do:Exemplify Passion Fruits core valuesProactively design and execute a lead generation strategy to pipeline potential deals; manage and close deals through the pipeline, ensuring excellent data qualityMaintain and develop strategic relationships with Salesforce partners to ensure PFP is a partner of choice in the non-profit sectorContribute to the growth of the practice through thought leadershipCollaborate with solutions engineers and other employees to scope and present comprehensive Statements of Work to potential clients.Complete knowledge transfers with our delivery team, ensuring they are set up for successEnsure all projects are aligned with Passion Fruit's core values and service offeringsDevelop and drive the overall long-term strategy with assigned accounts aligned with the clients strategic objectivesHandle client escalations and maintain ongoing relationships with the nonprofits we supportTravel as required (in the US and Canada) to meet with partners and potential clients - typically once or twice per quarter for 2-3 days at a timeWho you are:You have 3-5 years experience building rapport, generating leads, and establishing strong relationships selling in the Salesforce ecosystemYou also ideally have 2+ years of experience working with NonprofitsYou have strong time management & communication skillsYou have a proven track record of hitting sales targetsYou have the basic ability to estimate the level of effort for Salesforce projectsYou have the ability to write and present comprehensive SOWsYou have strong technical aptitude and the ability to demo SalesforceIf interested, apply on LinkedIn or send your cover letter and resume to ben@passionfruitpartners.com.
