Ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable of manual tasks, and have strong communication skills.Whats In It For You:Competitive PayConsistent Work ScheduleGrowth OpportunitiesSupportive Work EnvironmentTraining and DevelopmentJob details:-Position: Inventory AdminLocation: Ottawa, ONPay Rate: $24/hourEmployment Type: Full-TimeShift timings : 7am - 3:30pm (Monday to Friday)Job Duties:Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.Operate RF scanners to track and manage inventory.Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies during audits.Identify and report discrepancies or issues with inventory counts.Prepare and maintain detailed reports of audits and cycle counts.Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as needed.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.Respond professionally and promptly to emails and inquiries.Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes.Skills & Qualifications:Experience with Counterbalance forklift is requiredShould be comfortable using the Microsoft applications.Previous experience in auditing, inventory control, or a similar role is preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.Proficiency in using RF scanners and basic computer skills.Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual tasks.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures is an asset.
