ResponsibilitiesResponsible for day-to-day management of litigation files assigned by supervising lawyer in commercial litigation and insurance defence. Draft pleadings, affidavits, motions, conference briefs, and other documents as required.Ability to work on a variety of challenging, sophisticated and diverse litigation cases.Opportunity for courtroom exposure including attendance at motions, examinations and other court hearings.Requirements2-4 years of commercial and insurance litigation experience.A license to practice in Nova Scotia or New Brunswick Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and drafting skills. High level of attention to detail. Willingness to learn and grow within a litigation practice.
