You will play a central role in creating comprehensive and user-friendly documentation for our platform, focusing on crypto trading, payments, and our B2B2C retail brokerage solution. You will collaborate closely with client services, software developers, product managers, and other technical teams to gather essential information and ensure clarity and accuracy in all documentation. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining user manuals, API documentation, onboarding materials, and release notes, all intended to empower our clients to integrate seamlessly using REST APIs, websockets and webhooks.
