Together, we work hard, we laugh, and we celebrate our successes.We are seeking a permanent, full-time Property Administrator that is detail oriented, has high energy, is able to provide superior customer service and ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the office.WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLEProcess resident vacate notices and prepare move out packagesMaintain rental spreadsheets, locker and bike storage and vacancy listsProcess elevator bookings, fob purchases and amenity bookingsUse of accounting software to post charges, reference ledgers, look up resident dataData entry and maintenance of resident databasesCreating and making bank deposits and collection of past due rentsGeneral office tasks, including filing, printing N4 and N5 forms for Resident Managers, returning COS to Head Office, and performing other administrative dutiesFacilitate resident assignments and transfersRespond to calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a professional prompt manner and input inquiries in SuiteSpot softwarePreparation of various correspondence including but not limited to illegal notice letters, rent receipts, chargebacks, resident references, etc.Manage incoming and outgoing inspection reports and collect photos, invoices, and pricing for outgoing damages at all stages, working with property managers and maintenance to administer damage charges and invoicingOffice supply orderingProvide office support to site Resident Managers and project support as neededBackup receptionBackup monitoring of KW Services general email inbox to address inquiries and bring to resolutionAssist with monthly duties as requiredAssist the Property Accountants as requiredOther property management items that might arise from time to timeWHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEEDExperience in the Property Management field is preferredKnowledge of industry related legislation, including the Residential Tenancy ActAbility to manage tasks independently with little to no supervisionAdvanced computer skills MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Sage and SuiteSpotProfessional, calm demeanor with excellent customer service skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail oriented, ability to take initiative and manage time effectivelyAnalytical and problem-solving skillsWorks well in a fast-paced environmentEnthusiastic and team orientedWHATS IN IT FOR YOUCompetitive salaryDiscretionary BonusGroup BenefitsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Company Events - employees attend a variety of recreational and cultural eventsFree on-site parkingHours:Monday Friday 8:30am 5:00pmWe pride ourselves in the strong relationships we build with our residents, striving to match people with apartments that fit their budgets.
