The Quality Assurance Analyst will join our growing Business Services Group IT (BSG IT), reporting to the Manager of Integrated Solutions. This is a strategic role which will contribute to capital investment projects delivery to our North American business. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: quality control for the ServiceNow platform with a focus on the ITSM module features; creating knowledge base documentation; creating QA documentation and artifacts including test plans and test cases; conducting QA planning, execution, and reporting; ensuring that testing adheres to audit standards; coordinating UAT activities across different teams; and producing end-user reference documentation. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct QA planning, execution, and reporting activities for BSG IT.Work closely with project managers and business analysts to deliver projects on time, budget, and scope.Quality control for the ServiceNow platform with a focus on the ITSM module features (Incident, change, service request, knowledge, ...).Create knowledge base documentation as required, for ServiceNow operations as well as project activities.Create or review test plans, test cases, and test schedules to meet business, system, and user requirements, as well as identify existing or potential issues and risks.Track and report across all projects the status of test execution, defect tracking, UAT activities, and identified issues.Ensure testing complies with audit standards and gather appropriate evidence for ITGC SOX audits when required.Develop and implement quality standards and processes.Engage in cutover and release activities as necessary, including activities related to the ServiceNow platform.Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and end-users.Create and maintain reference documentation for users.Work closely and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.Knowledge and Experience RequiredBachelors degree or Diploma in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.Thorough understanding of QA methodologies and processes.Minimum of 3 years of QA experience in a testing and documentation role.A good understanding of technical and non-technical concepts and ability to effectively communicate these concepts to various stakeholders.Experience with the ServiceNow platform.Experience with knowledge management systems.Previous experience in compliance, risk management or privacy, an asset.Excellent communication skills.Excellent relationship-building skills at all levels.Ability to multi-task, identify priority assignments and put plans in place to complete deliverables on time.Facilitates collaboration and conflict resolution.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Dynamic, self-driven and self-learner.Note: Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Brookfields identity.
