Intermediate Designer Brand and MarketingThe Details is looking for a Designer to join our team. Based in Fredericton, NB, were a strategic creative agency working with local and national clients on projects that span marketing, branding, identity design and more. Were a tight-knit team that values collaboration, critical thinking, and bold ideas. This position is on-site in Fredericton, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.The RoleAs an Intermediate Designer, youll lead and contribute to a variety of creative projects. Working closely with the design team, and clients, youll develop concepts, execute ideas, and carry them through to completion. From brand identities to digital campaigns to print design, youll bring strategic thinking and attention to detail to every step of the process.What Youll DoCollaborate with creative directors, designers, writers, and strategists to create impactful visual design workDevelop and execute creative concepts with a strong strategic lens ensuring design solutions align with client goals.Confidently follow and build upon established brand guidelines to create fresh, effective communication materials.Balance creativity with precision producing high-quality solutions with sharp attention to detail and problem-solving at every stage.Manage timelines and project briefs, ensuring deadlines are met and feedback is thoughtfully integrated.Who You AreA strong creative thinker who pairs big ideas with strategic execution.Detail-oriented and organized able to juggle multiple projects without losing focus. A positive, light-hearted team player who can bring good energy to fast-paced projects.What You BringA degree or diploma in Graphic Design (or equivalent work experience).2+ years of design experience, in an agency setting or in-house setting. A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work from brand identities to digital and print projects.
