Executive Summary:Christians Against Poverty, a Christian organization, partnering with local churches, with a Head Office in Hamilton, Ontario, is seeking a person-first, systems-oriented Operations Administrator (OA).Reporting to the Operations Director (OD), the OA is responsible for ensuring CAP is continually improving the qualityand effectiveness of our internal operations and processes.You will be joining a growing and dynamic team, dedicated to our mission to inspire and equip church communities to walk alongside people facing financial insecurity, with practical tools and innovative solutions.
