With our team's expertise in wireless technology and in-depth understanding of new car dealership needs, we've crafted a system that facilitates efficient and informed operational decisions.Job Summary: Were looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about crafting seamless, intuitive, and visually compelling digital experiences. In this role, youll work closely with another designer and cross-functional teams to shape the user experience of our web and mobile platforms. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, youll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our product and users while growing your skills in a collaborative and design-driven environment.This is an individual contributor (IC) role, but you wont be designing in a vacuum youll partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.Work Location: Fully remote, occasional travel within Canada and to The U.S.A. required (approximately 2-4 times per year, for company meetings and team events, so ability to travel freely to The U.S.A. is required) with an ideal candidate currently residing in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.What Youll Do: Design & Innovate Develop user-centered, visually compelling interfaces that align with our brand and product vision.Understand Users Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions.Prototype & Iterate Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to quickly test and refine ideas.Collaborate & Execute Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of your designs, providing detailed specifications and feedback.Champion Accessibility Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards so our products are inclusive and usable for everyone.Stay Ahead Keep up with design trends, tools, and technologies to help evolve our design practices.What Youll Bring:Experience: 2+ years in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your best work in web and mobile applications.Collaboration: Comfort working with another designer, engineers, and product managers in a fast-paced environment.Tools & Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision.User-Centered Mindset: A deep understanding of UX principles, usability best practices, and accessibility (WCAG knowledge is a plus).Bonus Points: Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for smoother collaboration with engineers.Mindset: Creative, problem-solving, and always looking for ways to improve the user experience.Why Youll Love Working Here:Ownership & Impact Youll have the autonomy to explore creative solutions and see your work make a real difference.Tight-Knit Team Collaborate closely with a small but mighty design team and a VP of Product who values great design.Growth Opportunities Expand your skill set, take on new challenges, and help shape the future of design at our company.Physical Requirements:Must be able to sit for extended periodsRepetitive motion is required for computer entryA comprehensive Benefits package is available.
