They are known for their community involvement, contributing to charitable organizations that support children, animals, and healthcare institutions.Your new roleAs the Maintenance Technician, you will assist with various non-licensed maintenance and labour tasks, including interior work such as demolition, carpet and flooring installation, steel stud framing, drywall installation, commercial door installation, plastering, ceiling installation, painting, commercial cleaning, and building maintenance. Exterior duties include painting, masonry, groundskeeping, gardening, garbage and pest removal, litter pickup, roof maintenance, manual snow clearing, and window washing. Additional responsibilities involve assisting the lead hand, operating power tools, performing heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), and driving to worksites throughout the GTA.What you'll need to succeedYou have 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably building maintenance or construction. You have experience working on industrial or commercial sites and the ability to work at heights.
