This is a high-impact role for a strategic powerhouse who can drive client success, build rock-solid partnerships, and push for measurable success at every turn.In other words, we need someone who creates real impact, understands performance marketing, and knows the nuances of a successful client/agency relationship.The Responsibilities.The short version: help our clients grow, exceed their goals and kick proverbial ass. Keep your portfolio financially healthy and operationally sharp.Team Briefing & Coordination: Keep internal teams aligned and accountable. Deliver clear, strategic briefs that drive action and results.Thought Leadership: Bring fresh, strategic thinking to the table. Deliver insights that position clients to win in a competitive market.Capacity Management: Stay ahead of team capacity and resource needs. Make sure the right expertise is in play for every project.Performance Accountability: Own the results. Engage experts, drive execution, and ensure all strategic initiatives deliver performance.Client Relationship Management: Be the go-to advisor and trusted partner. Build and maintain relationships that drive long-term success.New Business Development: Spot and seize new opportunities within your portfolio and beyond. Drive business growth with strategic foresight.The Qualifications.Do you have 7+ years of experience in account management, client services, or strategy roles?Have you worked with agencies before either on the client side or agency side (or both)?Can you demonstrate a proven ability to lead client strategy, drive growth, and deliver performance-based results? What specific impact did you make?Do you have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mentality?
