This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency of administrative operations and supporting the overall success of the practice. Proficiency in Tracker software is an asset. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and excels in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Enhance practice performance and support team members. Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive patient experience. Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in dental office administration preferred. Proficient in Tracker Software is preferred (training will be provided with Tracker software). Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with a passion for lists, to-dos, and calendars. High-level knowledge of dental procedures and the ability to discuss treatment plans with patients. Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
